Engineering Trainer Assessor

Full Time | Permanent £28,032 - £36,157 37 Hours | Teachers' Pension | 27 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

An opportunity for an experienced engineer or assessor to support engineering apprentices throughout their apprenticeship.

You'll visit learners in the workplace, deliver training, carry out assessments, complete progress reviews and work closely with employers to help apprentices complete their qualifications.

We're looking for experience in

  • Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Apprenticeships or vocational training
  • Workplace assessment
  • Coaching or mentoring
  • Working with employers
  • Health & Safety

You'll ideally have

  • Level 3 Engineering qualification
  • TAQA/CAVA/A1 Assessor qualification (or willingness to gain it)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
