We are working with a College in London who are hiring Business Lecturers to join their expanding academic team from September.

Higher Education (HE) experience, we want to hear from you. You’ll be delivering undergraduate and postgraduate business modules across the London campuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach up to 18 hours per week across business-related modules (e.g. Business Strategy, Marketing, HRM, Operations)
  • Provide pastoral support, marking, and academic guidance
  • Participate in curriculum development, academic assessments, and student engagement
  • Commit to a 40-hour workweek, including evening and weekend availability on a rotational basis
  • Be able to teach in person at a minimum of two London campuses, preferably across: Central London, Northwest London, West London
What We’re Looking For
  • A Master’s degree (MA/MSc) in a relevant business discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of UK HE teaching experience
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PGCAP, HEA Fellowship etc.)
  • OR 5+ years of UK HE experience without a teaching qualification
  • OR PhD with 2+ years of UK HE experience
  • Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends (with time off in lieu)
  • Full right to work in the UK – we cannot provide sponsorship
  • Strong communication, organisation, and student support skills
