We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Brickwork Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Bricklaying programmes. The role also includes teaching on the Level 2 Brickwork Standard for apprenticeships, supporting learners to develop their technical skills, knowledge, and behaviours for success in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in brickwork across Levels 1–3. * Teach and support apprentices working towards the Level 2 Brickwork Standard. * Monitor learner progress, providing feedback and guidance to ensure achievement of qualifications. * Contribute to curriculum development and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge. * Support a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes employability and progression. Essential Skills & Experience: * Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). * Industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of bricklaying. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Commitment to supporting learners of all abilities to achieve their goals
