🗓 Immediate Start | Part-Time (16 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced Hair & Beauty Lecturer to deliver a new Level 4 Beauty course. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified beauty professional with teaching experience to support learners at an advanced level.

• 16 hours per week
• Tuesday: 6 hours
• Wednesday: 5 hours
• Thursday: 5 hours
• Timetable may be subject to change
• Deliver high-quality practical and theoretical Hair & Beauty lessons
• Plan and prepare schemes of work and lesson materials
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
• Track learner progress and maintain accurate records
• Ensure teaching spaces meet industry and health & safety standards
• Keep up to date with current industry techniques and trends
• Liaise with awarding bodies and support college quality processes
• Contribute to student support and extracurricular activities where required

✅ Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status, holding one of the following:
• PGCE
• QTS
• Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training
• Beauty Therapy and/or Hairdressing
• Relevant industry experience
• Previous teaching experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organisational abilities
• Ability to mentor and support learners
• Commitment to maintaining professional and educational standards
• Experience teaching in a Further Education (FE) College
• Experience working within an educational setting
