Ready to pass on what you've learned on site? Henry Blue is recruiting a Groundworks, Civil & Railway Engineering Lecturer for a well-established, forward-thinking FE college in Nottinghamshire.

The role
- Plan, deliver and develop theory and practical lessons at Levels 1β3
- Assess learners and keep accurate records of their progress
- Create and develop learning resources
- Act as personal tutor to a group of learners
- Help with quality reviews and keep up to date with curriculum and industry changes
What we're looking for
- Recent industry experience in Groundworks, Civil Engineering or Rail Engineering
- A Level 3 qualification in a relevant trade, or willingness to work towards one
- A1 Assessor award or equivalent, or willingness to complete it within 6 months
- English and Maths at Level 2, or willingness to work towards them within 6 months
- A full driving licence and/or your own transport
- Good communication skills and a flexible, professional approach
Desirable
- A teaching qualification (CTLLS / Level 4 or equivalent)
- V1 Verifier award
- IOSH qualification
- Experience of teaching or training groups
