We are looking for a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join a Further Education College in Eastbourne on a full-time, ongoing basis.
Duties include:
- General caretaking and site maintenance
- Minor repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring the site is safe, secure and well maintained
- Setting up rooms and facilities
- Supporting contractors and responding to maintenance issues
Requirements:
- Previous caretaking, maintenance or facilities experience
- Practical and proactive approach
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one
