Job Title: Creative Lecturer in Foundation Learning
Pay and working hours
- Per hour: £30 - 35
- Working hours: Full Time, 37 hours
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Create an inclusive classroom that encourages academic achievement.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management.
What We’re Looking For
- UK Qualified Teacher
- Strong, practical experience of teaching or supporting Foundation/Entry Level learners
- An understanding of the additional support, differentiation and engagement approaches often required within Foundation Learning
- Experience of adapting delivery to meet a range of learner needs and abilities
- Relevant knowledge and/or current industry experience within Creative
- Experience of teaching, supporting and assessing learners within an FE or similar environment
- Strong communication, organisational and learner engagement skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with learners and contribute to successful learner outcomes
- Updated CV and an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
