We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Bids Manager to lead our business development efforts by managing bid processes and proposals. This role is critical to securing new opportunities and driving our growth. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver the full end-to-end bid process from opportunity tracking through to final submission, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Work closely with project teams to gather necessary information for bids and proposals.
- Analyse client requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Create clear, concise, and compelling proposals that reflect Henriksen’s tone and visual identity and ensure compliance with client guidelines.
- Maintain a library of bid content and templates for efficiency and consistency.
- Support pipeline tracking and bid/no-bid decision-making.
- Identify and track new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor the outcomes of bids and proposals, providing detailed feedback and implementing improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Attend regional/national/international conferences and industry events as required.

- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of the bidding process and client engagement strategies.
- Experience working in a small or fast-paced team, with the confidence to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
