Duties & Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Learn the
cocktails on the menu. Understand and know about the products used. - Prepare and
serve high-quality cocktails, respecting our basic rules: use of jiggers at all times, perfectly measured, clean bar tools, swift response time. All while adhering to our principle of aiming to provide the best drinking experience without a hint of pretension. - Assisting
in setting and maintaining the standards for the bar service and cocktails quality. - Assisting
in training of new members of the Bar team
Guest Relation:
- Create a
welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs, present the cocktails menu and make recommendations. - Take drinks
orders. - Deliver bills and take payments
Cleanliness,
opening and closing of the bar:
- Responsible for
the opening and the closing of the bar, following the procedural list, from the set-up to taking out the rubbish at the end of the evening, and everything in between. - The opening and
closing duties are part of a collective effort from all team members, as is the cleanliness of the bar throughout the entire service. - Restock
and replenish bar inventory and supplies. - Apply all food
and beverage safety and quality regulations.
About you:
- Desirable
– Experience working in a cocktail bar & we welcome motivated beginners. - Excited
to learn and develop your bar skills. - Have
excellent communication skills. - Be
passionate about mixology and customer relationship. - Have
a team spirit. - Attention
to details and customer needs. - Fluent
level of English. - Proof
of eligibility to work in the UK. - Christmas
spirit.
