Duties & Responsibilities

Operations

• Organise and manage the production of juices,
  syrups, etc for a smooth operation of the bar.




• Ensure adequate stock is available for the
  Barbacks and Bartenders, prior to their shift (fruits, herbs, garnishes,
  spirits, syrups, glassware, tools, etc.).




• Provide support management of Inventory:
  alcohol, spirits, glassware, bartending materials etc.




• Assisting management with bar accounting:
  invoices, orders, deliveries etc.




• Ensure the bar, back bar and the glassware
  storage areas are clean and tidy prior to the shift (including the crushed ice
  machine, juice machine and rubbish area).




• Pay attention to possible health hazards and
  regulation violations during the day.




• Apply all Food and Beverage and Safety
  Regulations.

• Desirable
  – Experience working in a cocktail bar.
