For the 8th year running, global Christmas cocktail-bar franchise Miracle are again partnering Experimental to bring its iconic festive pop-up back to London, but this year we’re opening the doors early with Haunting, a spooky Halloween takeover before transforming into the kitsch Christmas wonderland everyone knows and loves.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Organise and manage the production of juices, syrups, etc for a smooth operation of the bar.
- Ensure adequate stock is available for the Bartenders, prior to their shift (fruits, herbs, garnishes, spirits, syrups, glassware, tools, etc.).
- Ensure a steady supply of perfectly cleaned and dried glassware is at the bartender’s disposal prior to their shift.
- Ensure the bar, back bar and the glassware storage areas are clean and tidy prior to the shift (including the crushed ice machine, juice machine and rubbish area).
- Pay attention to possible health hazards and regulation violations during the day and report to manager.
- Apply all Food and Beverage and Safety Regulations.
