Come and work at London’s famous seasonal pop-up bar – Miracle, right in the heart of Covent Garden! For the 8th year running, global Christmas cocktail-bar franchise Miracle are again partnering Experimental to bring its iconic festive pop-up back to London, but this year we’re opening the doors early with Haunting, a spooky Halloween takeover before transforming into the kitsch Christmas wonderland everyone knows and loves.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage booking system for arriving guests, ensuring optimal table utilization and guest satisfaction.
• Liaise with the Manager/Supervisor to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front-of-house and bar team.
• Greet and welcome guests.
• Take reservations.
• Assist guests with their coats, bags and other belongings, give them a ticket that corresponds to the number of their belongings.
• Store coats, bags and other personal belongings according to the ticket number and keep them safe.
• Return guest items and personal belongings.
• Manage the cleanliness of the lobby, cloakroom and washroom, by checking the areas on a regular interval.

• Experience in a similar role.
• Excited to learn and develop.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be passionate about mixology and customer relationship.
• Have a team spirit.
• Attention to details and customer needs.
• Fluent level of English.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
