About Us Henri-Lloyd is more than just an iconic British brand with over 60 years of pioneering spirit—it’s a company reimagining its future. Since joining Monte Rosa Sport Group in 2022, we’ve been rebuilding with the speed and ambition of a startup, fuelled by a passion for innovation, sustainability, and technical performance. This is your chance to help shape the future of a brand with a legacy, in a team where your craft truly matters.
We’re looking for a passionate, detail-driven Technical Product Developer with proven experience in both menswear and womenswear, preferably in performance or technical apparel.
You’ll play a vital role in bringing our seasonal collections to life—owning the development process from initial concept through to production-ready approval. You’ll be the link between design, product, and our global manufacturing partners—ensuring that every garment meets our high standards for fit, function, and performance.
- Own and manage the full development lifecycle for assigned styles across menswear and womenswear, from initial handover to production sign-off.
- Build and manage seasonal critical paths, ensuring key milestones are met on time for each round of development.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, and Production to translate creative vision into technically viable, scalable product.
- Liaise directly with suppliers and factories to ensure construction methods align with performance goals and brand standards.
- Ensure products are developed with quality, durability, and sustainability in mind, in line with brand and market expectations.
- Support testing processes (lab, field, wear tests) to validate performance and compliance.
Proven experience as a Technical Product Developer or Garment Technologist within a performance, outdoor, sportswear, or lifestyle apparel brand. Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems (e.g., Illustrator, CLO 3D, or similar tools a bonus).
Products are delivered on time, aligned with the seasonal critical path and design vision. Garments meet Henri-Lloyd’s technical, fit, and quality standards with minimal revisions in development rounds. You’re the go-to for development clarity, driving efficiency without compromising on product integrity.
