Overview
In this role you shape and deliver the Total Rewards strategy for the Portfolio Brands, aligning reward frameworks with business priorities and legal obligations.
You partner with senior leaders across a matrix organization to ensure governance, consistency, and competitive rewards that support growth and an exceptional employee experience.
You will lead pay-related decisions, benchmark against markets, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Define and continuously develop the PB reward agenda
- Align rewards with H&M Group reward principles and governance
- Develop reward frameworks, guidelines and ways of working
- Ensure rewards practices support business strategy and objectives
- Lead salary review processes
- Support leaders and HR teams with compensation decisions
- Manage job evaluations, classifications and grading structures
- Ensure consistency and competitiveness across markets
- Lead implementation and development of pay transparency requirements
- Track market trends, benchmarking and reward best practices
- Deliver workforce and compensation analytics for decision-making
- Provide strategic recommendations and reporting
- Build reward knowledge among HR teams and leaders
- Key requirements
- Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or Reward Management in international/matrix organisations
- Experience managing reward programmes across multiple markets and stakeholders
- Experience implementing governance, policies and compliance frameworks and advising senior leaders and HR partners
- Experience with EU Pay Transparency implementation (Preferred)
- Knowledge of compensation philosophy and structure, market benchmarking, job architecture and grading methodologies, Incentive design
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead through influence and drive change without direct authority
