Overview
In this role you will be the welcoming face of the brand, delivering high-quality service and guiding customers through their shopping journey. You’ll handle client interactions on the floor, at the cash desk, and during fittings while supporting stock replenishment and merchandising. You contribute to a warm, brand-centric shopping experience and collaborate with your team to create moments that matter. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide high-level service throughout the store
- Initiate conversations, assist at cash desk, fittings, and shop floor
- Process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise new garments
- Collaborate with the team to create welcoming customer experiences
- Support customers with genuine assistance and proactive service
