Henmore Health Limited in Ashbourne and Brailsford is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to our nursing team. This senior role combines hands-on general practice nursing with team leadership, service development and quality improvement.
The postholder will line manage 5–6 nurses, oversee governance, coding and patient care, and work with the Quality Team to ensure safe, consistent and efficient nurse-led services across both sites.
