The Henley College is seeking a Personal and Professional Development Tutor to support around 200 students through a structured tutorial programme.
You will monitor progress, attendance and wellbeing, acting as a first point of contact for students, parents and staff.
You will plan and deliver sessions on wellbeing, employability, careers and safeguarding, while maintaining accurate records and supporting progression opportunities.
A Level 3 qualification and strong communication are essential.
