Overview HR Advisor β The Henley College, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. Full-time, Permanent (37 hours per week).
Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. Salary: Β£34,992.00. Start Date: As Soon As Possible. Expires: 25th January :59 PM.
Responsibilities Provide generalist HR support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management and learning and development.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the HR Information System (HRIS).
Offer expert advice to managers and staff at all levels and support embedding best practices in people management.
What Weβre Looking For Experience in a People / HR advisory role, ideally within the education sector or a similar environment.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, recruitment principles, and performance management processes.
Proven ability to support employee relations cases and lead organisational change projects.
At least part of CIPD qualification minimum at Level 3 or 5 (or equivalent experience), with willingness to continue professional development.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Confidence using HR systems and producing clear, accurate reports.
Professional and approachable manner with the ability to provide guidance and build trust across all levels of the organisation.
