The Henley College is seeking an experienced and motivated Curriculum Leader with Electronics Engineering to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a dynamic curriculum area, driving outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment and ensuring excellent student outcomes.

As a Curriculum Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the curriculum, inspiring staff, and supporting students to achieve their full potential. You will lead on curriculum innovation, quality assurance, and performance management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with the Assistant Principal, you will ensure that the Engineering provision is responsive to industry needs, aligned with awarding body requirements, and delivers high-quality learning experiences for all students.

  • A full teaching qualification
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Proven experience of outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment
  • Experience of curriculum planning and delivering improved learner outcomes

  • Experience of quality assurance and continuous improvement processes
