Electrical Improver Henley Recruitment is looking for 2-3 Electrical Improvers to join our team on an exciting off-site data centre project. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Electrical Improvers who are happy working in a comfortable, off-site workshop environment rather than on a live construction site. The role is expected to last around 6 weeks, offering consistent work alongside a friendly and experienced team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Measuring, making up and terminating flex and data cables.
- Working on an organised assembly line with a team of 5-6 operatives
- Using hand tools to complete work safely and accurately
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Working to high-quality standards while following project specifications
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as an Electrical Improver
- Valid ECS Card (essential)
- Experience measuring, making up, and terminating flex and data cables
- Own hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
