We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading company, taking full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to handover. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale commercial electrical installations and delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Description
As the Lead Electrical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing electrical fit-out projects with values ranging from 5m to 10m.
- Leading and managing site-based electrical teams.
- Managing and coordinating electrical subcontractors.
- Taking ownership of project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Financial management including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, procurement, and reporting.
- Reviewing and managing electrical design information, technical submissions, and design approvals.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
