Henley Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Working Electrical Foreman for a long-term commercial office development based in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project from the outset, with long-term work available for the right candidate.
Start Date: Monday, 3rd August 2026
The Role
Working as a hands-on Electrical Foreman, you will lead by example while carrying out commercial electrical installation works and coordinating day-to-day site activities. Duties will include:
- Supervising electricians and electrical labour on site
- Commercial electrical installations
- Metal containment installation
- Cable installation
- Wiring control panels
- Second fixing
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety
Requirements
- Valid JIB Gold Card
- SSSTS Certificate (Essential)
- Previous experience as a Working Electrical Foreman
- Strong commercial installation background
- Own tools and full PPE
- Ability to manage workloads and communicate effectively with site management and subcontractors
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
