Henley Morgan are working with a leading SAP Business One Partner who are looking for an experienced Support Consultant to join their team of experts. The successful candidate will have great communication skills and a high level of experience with all the SAP Business One components. Responsibilities:
- Provide support to SAP B1 customers and resolve tickets
- Escalate issues to the relevant teams
- Assist consultants
- Report writing and data migration
- Compliance of SAP Business One customer service level
Experience:
- 5 years SAP B1 experience
- SQL and Crystal Reports experience
- BEAS experience is a bonus
- SAP B1 certified
- Multi-tasking, time management & organisational skills
Salary: The salary is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Location: This is a fully home-based role with twice a year visit to the office.
