???Henley Morgan are looking for a Head of IT Operations for our End User client. This is an office-based role in the Southeast of England. ? If you have the skills shown below, please get in touch now! ? Responsibilities: Manage daily IT operational delivery across their manufacturing site Optimise their SAP Business One system and interface with other systems Design, implement and maintain the IT structure Support IT Manager to deliver and ensure high quality service Cybersecurity related attacks, maintain Cybersecurity measures, implement Cybersecurity measures to protect data and intellectual property Review external IT service provision Develop and communicate IT vision for future company goals Collaborate with senior team to understand technical needs Improve performance whilst enhancing customer service Manage IT budgeting, cost control, lead planning ?
