Location: Office-based North Yorkshire – future hybrid possible
Salary: £45,000 to 55,000 DOE + benefits

An established and growing UK manufacturer and distributor is looking for a Systems Specialist to support their SAP Business One rollout and ongoing optimisation. The business is going rapidly and is investing in long-term systems development and seeking someone who can grow with them.
This is a newly created role offering the chance to take real ownership of SAP B1 across the company and bring wider skills in finance or IT to support the wider business.
Key responsibilities:
Support and complete the SAP Business One implementation (latest version on HANA)
Train and support users across finance, sales, production, and purchasing
Improve system processes and functionality as the business evolves
Build and maintain Crystal Reports
Apply additional skills (e.g. finance or IT) to support the wider business
Work closely with users onsite (remote not possible at this stage)
Requirements:
Strong SAP Business One implementation experience
Knowledge of finance, inventory, sales, and reporting (Crystal Reports)
Confident, approachable, and good with people
UK-based – no relocation, visa sponsorship, or contractors
Interview process:
