Senior SAP Business One Consultant — Permanent, up to £60k plus OTE; Flexible location (Midlands/North preferred). We are recruiting for an experienced Senior SAP Business One Consultant to join a well-established partner organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects, lead implementations, and play a key role in guiding both systems and people. The Role
- Deliver full-cycle SAP Business One implementations, from scoping to go-live
- Document requirements and provide clear, structured project plans
- Manage and mentor a small team of consultants, ensuring projects are on track
- Support end-users by delivering best practice business consulting
- Oversee system configuration, testing, and training
- Work with add-ons such as Boyum and apply SQL knowledge where required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record delivering SAP Business One projects through to go-live
- Strong business consulting skills with the ability to engage calmly and effectively with customers
- Experience leading or mentoring other consultants
- Knowledge of Boyum add-ons and SQL (or ability to pick this up quickly)
- Ability to work independently and bring structure to projects
- A steady, professional approach – someone who can provide stability and inspire confidence
Package & Location
- Up to £60,000 plus OTE
- Preference for candidates in the Midlands or North
