- Manage tickets efficiently while handling a wide range of issues
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer service

Experience:
- 3-5 years’ SAP B1 Support experience within a partner environment is essential
- Strong understanding of SAP Business One core functionality end-to-end
- Knowledge of WMS, Produmex Scan, and Integration Framework is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple customers, customisations, and varied setups
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 + benefits
Location: This is an office-based role in the Greater Manchester area
