Your Role:
- Provide first-line support to SAP B1 users, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and enhance system performance.
- Manage SQL queries and support database operations.
- Maintain and optimize SAP HANA environments.
- Design and customize reports using Crystal Reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in SAP B1 support (first-line troubleshooting).
- Previous work with an SAP B1 Partner is a must.
- Strong understanding of SQL and HANA databases.
- Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports, DTW, Boyum B1UP, and Print & Delivery.
- BPA knowledge is essential, and familiarity with Sharperlight is a plus.
- Experience with Produmex WMS and Scan is highly desirable.
Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere in the UK.
