About the role
A leading Sage Intacct partner is expanding its professional services team and is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Sage Intacct implementations for growing UK businesses. You will own delivery from kick-off through to go-live and handover, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinating consultants, developers and finance stakeholders. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives on turning finance transformation goals into delivered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for Sage Intacct implementations β scoping, planning, resourcing, budgeting and risk management.
- Run project governance, chair steering meetings, manage scope and change control, and keep delivery on time and within budget.
- Translate clients' back-office accounting processes into a working solution design, coordinate data migration and integrations, and manage user acceptance testing, training and cutover.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success delivering ERP or finance-system implementations end to end, ideally with Sage Intacct or comparable cloud finance platforms (Sage 200, NetSuite, Access or similar).
- A solid grasp of core accounting and back-office processes, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and confidence leading both clients and internal teams.
- A recognised project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile) is preferred, along with the commercial awareness to keep projects profitable.
