A leading Sage Intacct implementation partner is expanding its London delivery practice and looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of Sage Intacct rollouts for finance-led customers across professional services, SaaS, not-for-profit and multi-entity groups. You will run mid-market implementations end to end — from kick-off and scoping workshops through configuration sprints, data migration, UAT and hypercare — coordinating consultants, customer stakeholders and third parties to bring each project home on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- You will own the project plan, RAID log, budget and weekly steering committee, and act as the trusted day-to-day contact for the customer's finance director and project sponsor.
- Day to day you will translate business requirements into a deliverable workstream backlog, manage Sage Intacct functional and technical consultants against milestones, oversee data migration cutover, drive issue resolution during UAT, and ensure a smooth handover into managed services.
- You will also flag scope changes early, manage commercial change controls, and feed lessons learned back into the practice's delivery methodology.
What We're Looking For
- We are looking for two or more full-cycle ERP implementations delivered as the lead PM, ideally on Sage Intacct, Sage 200, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable cloud finance platform.
- Strong working knowledge of finance and accounting processes — GL, AP, AR, multi-entity consolidations, project accounting and revenue recognition — is essential, alongside confident stakeholder management at finance director and C-suite level.
- A formal qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM or equivalent) is preferred, as is exposure to integration tooling such as Workato, Boomi or native Sage Intacct APIs.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK and happy to travel occasionally to customer sites in the South East.
What's On Offer
A genuinely competitive base in the £65k–£85k range depending on experience, plus a performance bonus tied to project margin and CSAT, private healthcare, enhanced pension, 25 days holiday rising with service, and a clear path into a Programme Manager or Practice Lead role as the London team scales. The partner is Sage-accredited, runs a structured Sage Intacct certification programme, and invests heavily in PM tooling so you can spend your time on outcomes rather than admin.
