An established end-user organisation based in Reading is seeking an experienced SAP Business One Support Analyst to join their internal systems team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the company’s SAP B1 environment and play a key role in supporting and improving business-critical systems. This is a fully office-based role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with users and being hands-on with ERP support and system optimisation.
The Role
- You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for the company’s SAP Business One ERP system, working with users across multiple departments to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure the smooth running of the system.
- You will also support ongoing ERP enhancements, reporting, and future system improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for SAP Business One users
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and resolve user queries
- Support system configuration and ongoing improvements
- Create and maintain reports using SQL and SAP B1 reporting tools
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve business processes
- Assist with upgrades, testing, and ERP-related projects
- Maintain system documentation and provide user training where required
Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) ERP support or systems analyst background
- SQL and reporting experience beneficial
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
