Henley Morgan Limited is expanding its support team in Bristol and is looking for a Support / AMS Analyst. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of live Odoo customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Triaging incoming tickets across the Odoo suite
  • Diagnosing issues
  • Providing excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Odoo experience and strong problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
