A growing Odoo implementation partner is expanding its Application Management Services team and is looking for an Odoo Support / AMS Analyst to join its Greater London practice. You will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of live Odoo customers, keeping their systems healthy, resolving day‑to‑day issues and helping them get more value from the platform. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, customer contact and the variety of working across multiple business processes rather than a single product.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage, investigate and resolve support tickets across core Odoo modules including Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing and HR.
- Manage incidents and service requests against agreed SLAs.
- Configure and adjust workflows, build and amend reports, and carry out light functional changes.
- Document fixes and known issues, elevate genuine development needs to the technical team, and act as a trusted advisor who helps clients adopt new features as they upgrade.
What We're Looking For
- Hands‑on experience supporting or configuring Odoo (or a comparable ERP) in a customer‑facing role, with a solid grasp of at least a few core modules and how business processes map onto them.
- Strong communication skills, a methodical approach to troubleshooting, and the confidence to manage your own ticket queue.
- Exposure to Odoo Studio, basic SQL, or light Python is a real advantage, as is any AMS or service‑desk background.
- Odoo certification is welcome but not essential – attitude and aptitude matter most.
What's On Offer
- A permanent role with a clear progression path into senior support, functional consultancy or technical specialisms.
- Hybrid working, a performance bonus, structured training toward Odoo certification, and a supportive team that invests in your development.
- You will work with a varied client base, so no two days look the same.
