A growing Odoo Application Management Services (AMS) practice is looking for a Support / AMS Analyst to be the trusted first point of contact for a portfolio of live Odoo customers. It is a role that blends structured incident management with hands‑on functional problem solving, so you spend your day understanding real business processes and making them run more smoothly rather than working in isolation. Key Responsibilities:
- You will own and triage incoming tickets across the full Odoo suite — Accounting, Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory and Manufacturing — diagnosing issues, resolving them within agreed SLAs and keeping customers clearly informed throughout.
- Where a fix needs development work you will reproduce the problem, document it well and elevate it to technical colleagues, then see it through to closure.
- Over time you will spot recurring themes, suggest configuration improvements and help customers get more value from the platform.
