A growing Odoo Application Management Services (AMS) practice is looking for a Support / AMS Analyst to be the trusted first point of contact for a portfolio of live Odoo customers. It is a role that blends structured incident management with hands‑on functional problem solving, so you spend your day understanding real business processes and making them run more smoothly rather than working in isolation. As the AMS team scales alongside continued UK demand for Odoo through 2026, this is a genuine opportunity to build a long‑term support career on a modern, fast‑moving ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will own and triage incoming tickets across the full Odoo suite — Accounting, Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory and Manufacturing — diagnosing issues, resolving them within agreed SLAs and keeping customers clearly informed throughout.
  • Where a fix needs development work you will reproduce the problem, document it well and elevate it to technical colleagues, then see it through to closure.
  • Over time you will spot recurring themes, suggest configuration improvements and help customers get more value from the platform.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands‑on experience supporting or configuring Odoo, or a comparable ERP, in a customer‑facing role, with a solid grasp of how business processes map onto core modules.
  • Confidence configuring two or more modules (Accounting and Inventory are especially valued) and the ability to read basic Python and XML to understand how customisations behave will set you apart.
  • Any exposure to Odoo Studio, basic SQL or a prior AMS or service‑desk background is a real advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, a methodical approach to troubleshooting and the self‑discipline to manage a busy queue calmly — analytical instincts matter more than knowing every menu.

What's On Offer:

  • A competitive salary with bonus and a rounded benefits package.
  • Genuine hybrid flexibility around a Bristol base.
  • Structured progression as the AMS practice grows.
  • You will work with an experienced, supportive team on a broad range of customers and industries, with real scope to deepen your Odoo expertise and move into more senior functional or technical work.
