About the role
We're working with an established SAP Business One partner that is growing its support function and looking for an SAP B1 Support Analyst. You'll be the first port of call for a portfolio of live clients, keeping their systems running smoothly, resolving day‑to‑day issues and helping users get the most out of SAP Business One. It's a varied, client‑facing role ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving and building strong working relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client support queries, logging, triaging and resolving tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Investigate and fix functional and data issues across finance, sales, purchasing and inventory modules.
- Configure system settings, build queries and reports, and support minor enhancements and change requests.
- Escalate complex technical issues where needed, and contribute to documentation, user guidance and continuous improvement of the support service.
What We're Looking For
- Hands‑on experience supporting or administering SAP Business One, with a good understanding of core business processes (finance, sales, purchasing, inventory).
- Confidence troubleshooting user and data issues, and familiarity with SAP B1 query tools and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, methodical approach to problem‑solving.
- Exposure to SQL, Crystal Reports or the SAP B1 SDK would be an advantage but is not essential.
What's On Offer
A competitive £35,000 – £45,000 salary plus a benefits package, genuine hybrid flexibility, and the chance to work across a varied client base rather than a single in‑house system. You'll get structured support towards SAP certifications and a clear path to develop into senior support, consultancy or technical roles within a growing team.
