NetSuite Consultant – Contract – UK (with occasional EU travel)

Henley Morgan are recruiting for an experienced NetSuite Consultant to join a brand‑new NetSuite implementation project for a rapidly growing international manufacturing company. This is a hands‑on contract role where you will support the full lifecycle of a global NetSuite rollout, from configuration and testing through to go‑live.

If you are a NetSuite Implementation Consultant with strong finance and operations knowledge, this is an excellent opportunity to work on a high‑impact programme with a global organisation.

The Role:

You will join the project at initiation and play a key part in shaping the NetSuite solution across multiple international sites.

Core responsibilities include:

• Leading NetSuite configuration, testing, UAT preparation and validation
• Managing data validation, localisation requirements and approval workflows
• Supporting the design of the NetSuite Chart of Accounts (COA) and end‑to‑end business process flows
• Translating business requirements into functional NetSuite solutions
• Working with finance, operations and IT to accelerate key implementation milestones
• Providing expert guidance to internal teams to ensure successful NetSuite adoption

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end NetSuite ERP implementation
• Strong functional understanding of finance processes and NetSuite configuration (accountancy background an advantage)
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or multi‑entity environments
• Familiarity with multi‑country NetSuite rollouts and localisation
• Ability to manage stakeholders remotely across global time zones
• Excellent communication skills and ability to capture and translate business needs into system requirements
