About the role
We are partnering with a well-established Sage Intacct delivery practice that is expanding its project delivery team in the North West. This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of cloud financial management implementations for a varied client base, from mid-market finance teams to multi-entity groups. You will be the central point of coordination between client stakeholders, functional consultants and technical teams, steering each programme from kick-off and governance through to go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.
Key Responsibilities
- You will plan, coordinate and deliver Sage Intacct implementations on time, within budget and to scope, owning project plans, RAID logs, resourcing and stakeholder communications throughout.
- You will run governance meetings and steering committees, manage scope and change control, and act as the trusted point of contact that keeps clients confident and informed.
- Working closely with consultants on data migration, multi-entity configuration, integrations and UAT, you will drive each engagement to a clean go-live and a smooth handover into ongoing support.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Project Manager with proven success delivering end-to-end ERP or cloud finance implementations, ideally including Sage Intacct or comparable platforms such as NetSuite, Sage 200/X3 or Microsoft Dynamics. You will bring strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness and a structured delivery approach, ideally underpinned by a PRINCE2, PMP or APM qualification. An understanding of core finance processes — general ledger, multi-entity consolidation, AP/AR and reporting — and experience working within a consultancy or partner environment will set you apart.
What's On Offer
A competitive salary of £55,000–£72,000 depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus and a strong benefits package. You will join a supportive, growth-focused practice with genuine hybrid flexibility, structured professional development and certification support, and a varied pipeline of implementations that will keep your skills current across the Sage Intacct ecosystem.
