About the role: A well-established SAP Gold Partner is expanding its London delivery team and looking for an SAP Business One Functional Consultant to lead implementations and ongoing optimisation for clients across distribution, manufacturing and professional services. You will own the functional side of B1 projects end to end — from discovery and process mapping through configuration, testing and go-live — acting as the trusted advisor who turns business requirements into clean, well-adopted solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will run requirements workshops and translate business processes into SAP Business One configuration across finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, CRM and production.
- Day to day you will configure modules, build and refine Crystal Reports, support data migration, design test scripts and lead end-user training.
- You will work closely with technical developers on SDK and integration work, manage your own workstreams against project timelines, and provide post go-live support to keep clients getting full value from the platform.
What We're Looking For:
- We are after a consultant with solid hands-on SAP Business One experience and strong functional knowledge of the core modules.
- Confidence with SQL and Crystal Reports is important, and exposure to the SAP B1 SDK or third-party add-ons (such as Boyum/B1 Usability Package) is a real plus.
- Just as valuable are the softer skills: clear communication, the ability to run a workshop, structured problem solving and a genuinely consultative, client-first mindset.
- Full implementation lifecycle experience and a relevant degree are welcome but not essential if the practical track record is there.
