Henley Morgan are working with a friendly SAP Business One Partner who are looking to hire an experienced SAP Business One Consultant to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SAP B1 Consultant who enjoys building long‐term client relationships and delivering high-quality ERP solutions with care and integrity.
This role offers full end‐to‐end SAP Business One implementation work, customer engagement, and long‐term career stability within a supportive consultancy environment.
The Role:
As the SAP Business One Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their business processes and deliver tailored SAP B1 solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering end‐to‐end SAP Business One implementations
- Working with customers to gather requirements, identify gaps and define solutions
- Acting as a trusted advisor to new and existing SAP B1 customers
- Managing scope changes and supporting project delivery teams
- Providing pre‐sales consultancy and customer training
- Supporting and enhancing existing SAP Business One systems and add‐ons
- Developing and maintaining SQL / SAP HANA SQL queries, stored procedures and Crystal Reports
- Troubleshooting and resolving SAP Business One issues
- Contributing to project planning, documentation, testing and go‐live phases
- Sharing knowledge with colleagues and supporting customer issue resolution
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAP Business One (minimum 5 end‐to‐end implementations or 5 years' consulting experience)
- SAP Business One Certification
- Strong knowledge of SAP B1 core modules and add‐ons
- Experience with SQL, SAP HANA SQL, B1 Usability Package (B1UP) and Codeless Platforms BPA
- Reporting experience using Crystal Reports
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non‐technical users
- Proactive, customer‐focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience supporting SAP Business One Web Client
- Strong written and spoken English
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK and EU
Nice to Have:
- Boyum Produmex and Scan experience
- Sharperlight
- Understanding of finance, logistics or manufacturing processes
- Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments
