We are working with a global organisation operating within a highly specialised sector, who are looking to hire an experienced System Administrator to join their growing IT team. The business has an international footprint and continues to invest heavily in its systems, technology, and people.

Responsibilities:- Support the IT Manager and Applications team with day-to-day system administration and projects
- Investigate software issues and liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Test and maintain existing and new software across regional offices
- Improve system efficiency through enhancements and customisations
- Create business reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Write and run SQL queries for reporting purposes
- Provide end-user training on Power BI dashboards
- SAP Business One and SAP Crystal Reports
- Proven experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Strong experience using SQL for reporting and data queries
- Background in system administration, software maintenance, and reporting
- Automated processing tools such as Codeless BPA
- Understanding of JSON and XML output files
