The Role

You will join a dedicated Sage Intacct support desk, delivering high-quality technical assistance to customers while working closely with consultants and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Logging, managing and resolving Sage Intacct support tickets
  • Providing Sage Intacct support via phone and email
  • Delivering professional, clear customer service
  • Working collaboratively within a growing support team
  • Applying accredited Sage Intacct knowledge to real-world client environments

Required Experience
