About the role:
We are working with a growing Odoo partner to appoint an Odoo Support / AMS (Application Management Services) Analyst who will become the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of live Odoo customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping business-critical ERP systems running smoothly, solving problems quickly, and building trusted relationships with the users who depend on them. As Odoo adoption continues to accelerate across UK mid-market businesses, well-run application support has become a genuine differentiator, and this team sits at the heart of that.
Key Responsibilities:
You will triage and resolve incoming support tickets against agreed SLAs, investigating and diagnosing issues across core Odoo modules including Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase and CRM. You will reproduce reported problems, apply sensible configuration changes, document root causes, and elevate genuine development work to the technical team with clear reproduction steps. Alongside reactive support you will help customers get more from their systems through small enhancements, user guidance, and proactive housekeeping.
What We're Looking For:
We would like to hear from candidates with hands-on Odoo experience and a strong grasp of how the core business modules fit together, particularly Accounting and Inventory. Solid business-analysis instincts, clear written and verbal communication, and a calm, methodical approach to troubleshooting matter more than any single certification. Exposure to SLA-based support desks, functional configuration, and mapping business processes to ERP workflows will all serve you well. Comfort talking directly to end users and translating their needs into practical fixes is essential.
