Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd (rising to 3rd) line support for SAP Business One and BEAS modules
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate system issues
- Support system upgrades and change management processes
- Create and maintain SQL queries and Crystal Reports
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base to ISO standards
Experience / Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supporting ERP/CRM systems, ideally in manufacturing environments
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with Crystal Reports
- Strong understanding of production or warehouse operations
- Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems
- Exposure to service desk tools and ITIL practices is a plus
Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Glasgow – Hybrid working (3 days in Office)
