This is a rare opportunity to become the first SAP Business One hire in the UK for a global manufacturing leader — a genuine market leader in its field, recently acquired by a major listed group and growing rapidly.
You'll own the UK side of a 400-user global SAP B1 environment, working hand‑in‑hand with the US‑based SAP team on enhancements, integrations and improvement projects — not a support ticket treadmill. With further SAP hires planned globally, you'll be getting in at the ground floor of a growing in‑house team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving SAP B1 system enhancements and improvements across a global environment
- Building reports and queries with SQL and Crystal Reports
- Working with add-ons and integrations including Beas (manufacturing), Boyum/B1UP and APIs
- Supporting and training users across Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory
- Supporting upgrades, testing and process improvement projects
- Helping align UK and US systems as part of a global SAP strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Hands‑on SAP Business One experience (ideally 2+ years)
- Solid SQL skills (queries and reporting)
- A natural problem solver with strong communication skills
- Must have experience in a manufacturing environment. BEAS is a huge advantage
- Boyum B1UP and BPA experience required
What’s on offer:
- £70,000 – £80,000
- Hybrid working (3 days a week on site in Lincolnshire)
