About the role

Henley Morgan is partnering with an established Acumatica reseller and Cloud ERP specialist expanding their pre-sales practice in the Essex region. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Acumatica practitioner ready to move out of pure delivery and into a customer-facing solution design seat. You will lead discovery, scoping and demonstrations across distribution, manufacturing, field service and finance opportunities, helping prospects translate operational pain into a sensible Acumatica roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will own the technical pre-sales lifecycle from first qualification through to signed statement of work.
  • Day to day this includes leading demo storyboards tailored to prospect workflows, owning RFI and RFP responses, shaping commercial estimates with delivery leadership, sizing licensing across financial management, distribution and project accounting modules, and being the go-to escalation point for solution feasibility questions.
  • You will also feed reusable demo assets and accelerators back into the practice, and mentor junior consultants on consultative selling.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands‑on Acumatica experience is essential, gained either in a partner channel or as a power user during implementation.
  • You should be confident demoing the platform end to end, comfortable discussing xRP customisation, generic inquiries, import scenarios, ARM reporting and the Acumatica Marketplace.
  • Equally important is the soft side: a calm, structured discovery style, clean written English for proposals, and credibility in front of finance directors and operations leaders.
  • Candidates with adjacent mid‑market ERP backgrounds (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) considering an Acumatica move are welcome to apply if the appetite to retrain is there.
