An established business is seeking an ERP Project Manager to join the company in supporting the systems that enable scalable growth across multiple markets. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys untangling complex challenges, mapping imperfect processes, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and working alongside engineers to deliver robust, high-quality solutions. Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for ERP enhancements, financial accuracy initiatives, and stock integrity improvements
- Gather and document requirements across complex operational workflows
- Map existing business processes and define future-state system improvements
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to deliver practical solutions
- Manage system rollouts, user training, and change adoption across the business
- Drive continuous improvement across ERP and MRP platforms to improve reliability and scalability
Experience Required
- Exposure to SAP Business One, MRP platforms, or supply-chain environments
- Product Management experience within internal systems, operational platforms, or complex workflows
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver software solutions
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
- Experience engaging multiple stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Engineering
- Confidence owning a roadmap and driving delivery from discovery through implementation
