Henley Morgan is working with a well‑established and growing UK organisation that is looking to hire an SAP Business One Systems Manager / Consultant to take ownership of their SAP B1 environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long‑standing, family‑run business that has recently completed the implementation of SAP Business One HANA and is now looking for an internal specialist to support, maintain, and develop the system as the business continues to expand. The organisation operates multiple sites across the UK and has recently completed acquisitions, creating exciting upcoming projects including system integrations, automation improvements, and the introduction of a new WMS solution.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting and developing the company’s SAP Business One system, working closely with internal stakeholders and an external SAP partner. The goal of this position is to bring more SAP knowledge in-house and reduce reliance on external consultancy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and maintaining SAP Business One (Version 10 HANA) on a day‑to‑day basis
- Managing and maintaining BPA (Business Process Automation) integrations
- Building and maintaining system integrations with third‑party systems
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL and Power BI
- Supporting EDI and integration requests across the business
- Assisting with future projects including new WMS implementation and system integrations
- Supporting newly acquired businesses with migration to SAP Business One
- Working with internal departments to improve processes and system usage
- Liaising with the external SAP partner for advanced support where required
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience supporting SAP Business One
- Strong experience with BPA (Codeless Platforms) – essential
- Experience working with SQL
- Experience building or maintaining system integrations
- Experience creating reports and dashboards (Power BI or similar tools beneficial)
- Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple departments
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Work Structure
Remote working available with 2 days per month in the office. Additional flexible office day may occasionally be required for project kick‑offs. One week’s notice will be given if an additional on‑site day is required.
