We are currently looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join a growing business. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the NetSuite system, optimise processes, and support business growth. The role will suit a proactive individual with strong NetSuite experience who enjoys working with stakeholders and delivering practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the NetSuite instance, ensuring security, efficiency, and best practice.
- Work with stakeholders to analyse requirements, deliver system enhancements, and manage customisations including SuiteScripts, Workflows, and Saved Searches.
- Provide first and second line support, manage third-party partners, and oversee integrations with external systems such as WMS, web portals, analytics tools, and banking systems.
- Develop and deliver user training, maintain system documentation, and manage roles, access, and application lifecycle.
Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in NetSuite administration.
- Strong knowledge of financial, operational, and reporting processes in NetSuite.
- Analytical problem‑solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SuiteFoundation and/or NetSuite Administrator certification (desirable).
- Experience in B2B, distribution, or manufacturing businesses (desirable).
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary up to £65,000.
- Entry into a performance bonus scheme following probation.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing after 3 years).
Location
Hampshire (1 day WFH per week and Friday early finish).
