About the role

Henley Morgan is recruiting an Odoo Functional Consultant in Coventry for a long-established UK Odoo Gold Partner with a strong base in the West Midlands and a national client portfolio. This is a senior, customer-facing Odoo Functional Consultant role leading full-lifecycle Odoo implementations across Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales and eCommerce for SMEs and mid-market clients. If you are a Coventry, Leamington Spa, Birmingham or wider West-Midlands-based Odoo Functional Consultant, Senior Odoo Consultant or Odoo Implementation Consultant, this is one of the strongest Odoo Functional Consultant jobs in the West Midlands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Odoo implementation and upgrade projects across the full project lifecycle – discovery, configuration, data migration, UAT, training and go-live (Odoo 17 / 18)
• Run Odoo discovery and Conference Room Pilot workshops with finance, operations and customer-experience stakeholders, mapping current state to Odoo best practice
• Configure Odoo core modules – Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), eCommerce, POS and Recruitment
• Author Odoo functional designs and partner closely with internal Odoo Developers on customisations, OWL components and OCA modules
• Deliver Odoo end-user training, key-user training and go-live hypercare across UK and EMEA clients
• Support Odoo pre-sales activity for the Coventry practice – demos, scoping and effort estimation

Skills and experience required

• Demonstrable experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, Senior Odoo Consultant or Odoo Implementation Consultant
• Proven full-lifecycle Odoo implementation track record across at least 3–5 UK Odoo customers
• Strong functional knowledge of Odoo Accounting plus at least one of: Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, eCommerce or POS
• Confident with Odoo configuration, studio, server actions, automated actions and reporting
• Excellent client-facing consulting skills – workshop facilitation, requirements management, functional documentation and stakeholder management
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to attend the Coventry / Leamington Spa office on a hybrid basis (typically 2 days per week)

Desirable / nice to have

• Odoo certification on Odoo 16 / 17 / 18
• Experience working with OCA (Odoo Community Association) modules
• Background working for an Odoo Gold or Silver Partner
• Manufacturing or distribution sector experience in a UK SME context
