A growing and highly respected consultancy is looking for an experienced NetSuite Implementation Consultant to join their expanding Technology Consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a progressive organisation delivering successful NetSuite ERP implementations to clients across a range of industries. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will take ownership of projects from initial discovery through to go-live and post-implementation support. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design tailored ERP solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
The Role
As a key member of the consulting team, you will play an important role in shaping and growing the company’s NetSuite implementation capability. Alongside implementation delivery, you may also support wider technology consulting projects including systems reviews, ERP selection exercises, and project management assignments.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementation projects
- Run client workshops to gather requirements and map business processes
- Produce implementation documentation including solution designs and project plans
- Configure NetSuite using best practice methodologies
- Support integrations with third-party systems including CRM, WMS, banking, and reporting platforms
- Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes
- Lead testing cycles including UAT and issue resolution
- Deliver user training and support change management activities
- Support go-live planning and post go-live optimisation
- Assist with pre-sales activities including solution design, demonstrations, and scoping discussions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering NetSuite implementations
- Strong understanding of ERP processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and finance workflows
- Experience gathering requirements and running client workshops
- Knowledge of integrations, testing, and data migration within ERP projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive and delivery-focused approach
